Chinese Arts Centre have built an extensive collection of resources on Chinese arts and culture, especially contemporary Chinese arts. The resource area at the Centre houses our unique archive of resources that cover a broad spectrum topics related to Chinese arts and culture including:
- Traditional Chinese arts including visual arts, crafts, theatre and dance
- Contemporary art from Mainland China and Hong Kong
- British Chinese arts and artists
- Individual artists’ monographs
- Solo and group exhibition catalogues
- Back catalogue of contemporary Chinese arts journals
- Art practice in a range of disciplines including craft, photography and live art
- Two computers with access to a searchable database of resources and information
The resource area is available for research and educational purposes. Unfortunately Chinese Arts Centre is unable to loan items.
