Night Worker
‘Night Worker’ is a photographic project which aims to explore the lives of people who work at nights, for example Postal workers, Chinese Takeaway chefs, mental hospital nurses, company security guards and supermarket packaging workers. Yan views this as a research and development project, which will broaden her artistic practice and produce a new body of work. At the end of the 2-week residency Yan will exhibit a selection of the photographs she has taken during her residency in her Open Studio.
